- Minimum 6-8 years of strong hands-on experience using Python
- Should have extensive experience in async programming, rapid API, unit tests (Pytest), Rest APIs
- Exposure and understanding of Devops, monitoring & logging
- Experience working with databases (SQL and NoSQL) like Oracle, MongoDB etc.
- Experience working with one of the cloud platforms AWS/GCP
- Familiarity with design patterns
- Experience with scale & performance tests and tuning, Data models, Distributed systems
- Excellent communication and articulation
- Nice to have exposure/understanding of Gen AI, LangChain, LangGraph.
