Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end order & project management
Client coordination & customer support
Order processing, data management & tracking
Coordinate with global production teams
Handle escalations and ensure timely delivery

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Manage client orders from order entry to completion
• Coordinate with clients, production teams & global stakeholders
• Track project milestones, deadlines and deliverables
• Validate orders, assets, documentation and workflow requirements
• Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution




• Manage data across internal/client systems
• Coordinate localization projects including subtitling, dubbing, mastering, audio & GFX
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of client requirements

Eligibility:
1-6years of experience in Client Services / Order Management / Customer Support
Excellent verbal & written communication
Strong attention to detail & multitasking skills
Solid stakeholder & team collaboration skills
