Key responsibilities
- Conduct 15 offline Olympiads/month across schools.
- Ensure 4,000+ student participation/month.
- Visit schools and coordinate with principals, administrators, and decision-makers.
- Manage OMR sheets, Olympiad papers, courier dispatch and collection.
- Coordinate with the online team for scheduling and execution.
- Maintain records of schools, participation, and OMR dispatch.
Candidate profile
- 03 years experience; freshers can apply.
- Solid communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with school visits.
- Graduate; B.Tech preferred, MBA is a plus.
