Experience

Qualification

- Bachelors degree in architecture / interior design or related field
- B. Arch or Masters Degree (M. Arch) preferred
- Relevant experience in Residential & Commercial Projects, Engineering, Finishing & Construction

Preferred Profile

- Age: 35 45 years

- Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi
- Willingness to travel

Role Overview

1. We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with Interior and finishing experience to lead end-to-end design and execution of residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will combine creative vision with technical expertise, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with regulatory and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design architectural & interior concepts Entrance, Lobbies, Show Flats, Beatification and Finishing Work for the Project
- Prepare drawings, layouts & 3D visuals by Using CAD, Revit and Related Software
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors & vendors Perform Site Visits for Execution and Quality Control of Interior and Finishing Work
- Involvement in Quantity Estimation of Materials and its Quality Assessments
- Site visits, execution & quality control
- Manage projects within time & budget
- Coordinate with Internal Teams, Consultant, Vendors for Material and Site Progress

Manage Finishing and Interior Work Within Time, Quality and Cost




Design & Planning

- Develop architectural and interior design concepts from concept to completion
- Prepare working drawings, GFC drawings, and detailed layouts for execution
- Create conceptual, schematic, and fit-out plans (including FSI analysis)
- Design functional, aesthetic, and sustainable spaces
- Produce photorealistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs

Project Execution & Coordination

- Coordinate with clients, consultants (RCC, MEP), contractors, and vendors
- Conduct site visits, supervise progress, and ensure quality execution
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously within timelines and budgets
- Lead material selection, vendor coordination, and procurement support
- Ensure adherence to design intent, safety standards, and compliance

Approvals & Compliance

- Scrutinize Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings
- Liaise with MCGM and government authorities for approvals
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Translate client requirements into practical design solutions
- Deliver design presentations, walkthroughs, and reports
- Work closely with sales and management teams for project alignment

Project Management

- Define project scope, timelines, and budgets




- Monitor costs and optimize through value engineering
- Supervise execution and ensure timely project handover
- Maintain project documentation and reporting systems

Technical Skills

- AutoCAD
- SketchUp + Enscape
- Revit
- Lumion / 3ds Max (or similar rendering tools)
- Adobe Photoshop / CorelDRAW
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
- Working knowledge of Vector works (preferred)

- Experience reporting to senior management

Other Criteria (Preferred)

- NCARB Registration (or equivalent qualified certification)
- Experience in real estate or construction industry
- Exposure to process optimization and cost control strategies
