Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent for various positions within the organization through bulk hiring, headhunting, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills, knowledge, and fit for the role.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions that align with business objectives.
- Ensure timely filling of open positions by managing candidate pipelines and coordinating with other stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
