Role & responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day store operations.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits.
- Monitor inward/outward stock, shrinkage, damages and expiry control.
- Lead, train, schedule and motivate store staff.
- Achieve productivity and operational KPIs.
- Monitor P&L;, operating costs and profitability.
- Ensure timely replenishment and stock availability.
- Maintain SOP compliance, safety and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement and logistics teams.
- Resolve customer escalations professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Drive process improvements and continuous operational excellence.
- Ensure statutory, audit and company policy compliance.
- Handle manpower planning, attendance and performance management.
