Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process modeling, stakeholder management, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, expertise in BPMN-based process mapping, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to leverage AI tools to improve business processes and decision-making. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to deliver effective and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

- Lead requirement elicitation workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into transparent and actionable requirements for technical teams.
- Manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Business Process Modeling (BPMN)

- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and business process models using BPMN standards.
- Define future-state processes and support process re-engineering initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and solution designs.

Documentation & Reporting

- Create high-quality business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), user stories, use cases, and process documentation.
- Maintain project documentation, change requests, and traceability matrices.




- Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Ensure documentation follows organizational standards and governance requirements.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with business users, leadership teams, project managers, and technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive requirement alignment and solution acceptance.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and effectively communicate project progress.

Solution Validation & Support

- Participate in solution design reviews and ensure business requirements are accurately addressed.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and business validation activities.
- Assist with change management, user training, and solution adoption.
- Monitor implementation outcomes and recommend continuous improvements.

Analytical & Strategic Support

- Conduct impact analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility assessments.
- Analyze business data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Support digital transformation and business improvement initiatives.
