Role and Responsibilities

- Lead the design and execution of complex architectural projects, from concept development through construction documentation and coordination.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams,



collaborating with clients and consultants, and ensuring design quality, compliance, and sustainability targets are met.
- Prepare and review design drawings and specifications, guide junior team members, oversee project schedules and deliverables, and participate in design reviews and stakeholder presentations.
- Work closely with healthcare and institutional project teams to integrate functional planning, user experience, and ESG objectives into each assignment.
- Active participation in internal standards development, continuous improvement of design processes, and mentorship within the studio.

Qualifications:

- B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized university

Software Skills

- V-Ray, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino (preferred), Adobe Creative Suite.
- MS Office for documentation & presentations
