Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple clients.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create monthly content calendars based on client goals and target audiences.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors, and performance marketers.
- Write or review captions, hooks, CTAs, and social media copy.
- Research trends, competitors, hashtags, and relevant industry topics.
- Identify trending Reels, formats, sounds, and content opportunities.
- Plan and manage Reels, carousels, static posts, stories, and other content formats.
- Schedule and publish content consistently.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and overall community activity.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Analyse metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, leads, and conversions.
- Continuously test and improve content strategies based on performance.
- Stay updated with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media algorithm changes and trends.
- Communicate with clients regarding content requirements, approvals, feedback, and campaign performance.
- Ensure all content aligns with each client's brand identity and marketing objectives.

Required Skills:





- 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Management / Social Media Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Strong understanding of content strategy and social media algorithms.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to create effective content calendars.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Knowledge of Canva or basic design tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Tamil communication skills will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
- Experience managing multiple brand accounts.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and paid social media campaigns.
- Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.
- Understanding of lead-generation campaigns.
- Experience with social media reporting tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.

- Consistent growth in followers and reach.
- Improvement in engagement rate.
- Growth in Reel/video views.
- Quality and consistency of content.
- Lead generation and conversions where applicable.
- Client satisfaction and retention.
- Timely delivery of content calendars and reports.
