Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand client briefs, objectives, target audiences, budgets, and campaign requirements.
- Develop campaign strategies and influencer recommendations in collaboration with internal teams.
- Coordinate with influencer, creative, strategy, and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, from brief receipt and proposal to execution, reporting, and closure.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present campaign proposals, presentations, and performance reports to clients.
- Regularly communicate campaign progress, updates, challenges, and solutions to clients.
- Handle client feedback and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth .
- Maintain strong knowledge of influencer trends, platforms, content formats, and industry developments.




- Track campaign performance and derive actionable insights for future campaigns.
- Work closely with the business development team to support pitches and convert opportunities into successful accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication, campaigns, deliverables, and commercial details.

Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, influencer marketing, digital marketing, media, or advertising agencies .
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
- Commercial understanding with the ability to identify account-growth opportunities.
- Good proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, and other presentation/reporting tools .
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
