What you‘ll do:
- Design creatives for social media, campaigns, and BTL activations
- Manage and grow Iztri‘s social media presence while planning and posting content across platforms
- Work closely with the growth and marketing team to bring campaign ideas to life visually
- Track content performance and iterate on what‘s working
- Stay on top of trends and bring fresh, relevant ideas to the table
What we‘re looking for:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in design, marketing, or a related field
- A solid sense of visual design - comfortable with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
- An eye for what works on social media - trends, formats, and what drives engagement
- Good ownership and ability to turn around creatives quickly
- Available to work in-person out of our Koramangala office
