Job Opening: Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and work closely with senior creative professionals across a range of ambitious, innovative, and high-impact projects.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of typography, layout, visual communication, animation, art direction, and AI-powered creative tools , with the ability to translate ideas into compelling creative outputs across digital and traditional media.

The role will involve contributing to the creative direction of campaigns , mentoring junior designers, exploring AI-driven creative solutions, and maintaining high standards of creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Creative Director and senior creative team on campaigns and projects.
- Develop innovative and visually compelling concepts for digital and offline media.
- Contribute ideas and creative inputs during brainstorming and creative strategy meetings.
- Create high-quality designs across social media, websites, presentations, advertising, print, and other communication formats.
- Develop creative concepts using a combination of traditional design skills and AI-assisted workflows .
- Explore AI tools to generate concepts, mood boards, visual references, illustrations, image treatments, backgrounds, and creative variations.
- Use AI to improve creative efficiency while maintaining originality, brand consistency, and design quality.
- Experiment with emerging AI tools for image generation, video, animation, typography, ideation, and creative production .
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Apply strong knowledge of typography, composition, colour, layout, imagery, and visual hierarchy.
- Support animation and motion-based creative requirements where applicable.
- Review creative outputs and ensure quality before final delivery.
- Collaborate with content, account management, video, web, SEO, and marketing teams.
- Work with client feedback and translate requirements into effective design solutions.
- Take ownership of projects from concept development through final production .




- Stay updated with current design, advertising, digital, and AI creative trends .
- Mentor junior designers and help the team adopt better design and AI-assisted workflows.

Required Design Skill SetAdobe Creative Suite
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro – an advantage
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS – an advantage

AI & Emerging Creative Tools

Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools is highly preferred.

The candidate should be comfortable using AI for:

- Creative ideation and concept development
- AI-generated images and visual exploration
- Image enhancement, retouching and background generation
- Creative variations and adaptations
- AI-assisted video and animation
- Storyboard and mood-board development
- Generating visual references and campaign directions
- Improving design productivity and workflow efficiency

Experience with tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, DALL·E, Canva AI, Runway, Kling, or similar AI creative platforms will be an advantage.

Typical Activities

The Senior Graphic Designer will be expected to:

- Participate in creative brainstorming and strategy meetings.
- Develop campaign concepts and visual directions.
- Create designs and campaign assets for multiple platforms.
- Use AI tools to explore and accelerate creative concepts.
- Develop AI-assisted mood boards, references and visual treatments.
- Create multiple creative routes and visual variations where required.
- Present creative concepts and recommendations.
- Collaborate with senior creative staff and other internal teams.
- Coordinate with clients and incorporate feedback.
- Guide junior designers on creative execution and AI adoption.
- Ensure projects meet quality, brand and deadline requirements.
- Support the team during campaign execution and production.
- Research emerging design, advertising, technology and AI trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.

What We‘re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer in an agency, advertising, branding, or creative environment.
- Strong and diverse design portfolio demonstrating conceptual and executional ability.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience working on integrated digital campaigns is preferred.
- Practical experience using AI tools in the creative design process .
- Ability to demonstrate how AI has been used to improve creative concepts, productivity or execution.
- Ability to manage projects from briefing and conceptualisation to final production .
- Ability to balance AI-generated outputs with solid human-led creative direction and brand thinking.
- Proactive approach to learning and adopting current creative technologies.
- Positive attitude and strong collaborative skills.
- Flexibility to work beyond standard hours when project deadlines or campaign requirements demand it.
