About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented InDesign Paginator to join our production team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Adobe InDesign and have a keen eye for layout, typography, and formatting consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Paginate and format books, journals, magazines, and other publishing content using Adobe InDesign.
- Create and maintain layouts according to client specifications and style guidelines.
- Apply paragraph styles, character styles, master pages, tables, indexes, and table of contents.
- Ensure consistency in typography, spacing, alignment, and overall design quality.
- Coordinate with editorial, quality, and production teams to deliver projects on time.
- Implement revisions and corrections based on feedback.
- Maintain document quality and adhere to publishing standards.




- Meet project deadlines while ensuring accuracy.

Required Skills
- Robust proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
- Hands-on experience in pagination and layout design.
- Good knowledge of styles, master pages, tables, TOC, and indexing.
- Excellent understanding of typography, formatting, and page composition.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Qualification
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in publishing, composition, or typesetting will be an added advantage.
