About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility combined with practical knowledge of interior execution, materials, detailing, and site coordination. The role will involve taking premium residential interiors from concept development through detailed design and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop interior design concepts, space plans, mood boards and material palettes.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, elevations and specifications for execution.
- Create and review 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Select finishes, furniture, lighting, sanitaryware, fixtures and other interior elements.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, contractors, vendors and site teams.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure execution aligns with approved designs and quality standards.
- Review shop drawings, samples and mock-ups and resolve design-related site issues.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring design quality, timelines, and budget requirements are maintained.
- Participate in client presentations and incorporate feedback into the design development process.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor‘s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture,



Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Experience in premium residential interiors and fit-out projects is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior detailing.
- Practical knowledge of site execution and interior fit-out works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/Revit and relevant rendering/design software.
- Strong aesthetic sense with excellent attention to detail.
- Valuable communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage design responsibilities from concept through execution.
