About Position:

We are seeking a Full Stack Lead / Architect with 10 to 15 years of experience to lead the design, architecture, and development of enterprise-scale web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and modern frontend technologies, with proven experience in building scalable, high-performance applications. This role requires technical leadership, hands-on development, solution architecture, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust digital solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
- Architect scalable, resilient, and cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and contemporary application design patterns.
- Drive full-stack development initiatives across backend services, APIs, web applications, and cloud platforms.
- Design and develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Define application architecture standards, coding guidelines, and engineering best practices.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and distributed systems for high-volume applications.
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and highly available cloud architectures on AWS.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture governance activities.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to development teams.
- Drive database architecture, performance optimization, and data management strategies.
- Support DevOps adoption, CI/CD implementation, automation, and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Ensure application security, reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in Agile planning, estimation, sprint reviews, and cross-functional collaboration activities.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack development and enterprise application architecture.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
- Extensive experience designing and developing REST APIs and distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with React.js, TypeScript, and modern front-end development frameworks.
- Deep understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and software engineering principles.
- Expertise in AWS cloud services, cloud-native architecture, and distributed application design.
- Strong database experience including data modeling, database design, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployment strategies.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party platforms.
- Enterprise application architecture and digital transformation initiatives.
- Scalable Microservices-based system design and implementation.
- Event-driven architecture and distributed computing principles.
- AWS architecture best practices including security, governance, monitoring, and cost optimization.
- Modern front-end frameworks, state management, and responsive application design.
- API security, authentication, authorization, and enterprise security standards.
- Agile, Scrum, and modern software delivery methodologies.
