Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and polished Luxury Jewellery Store Manager to lead the sales and day-to-day operations of a prestigious luxury retail boutique in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail management, exceptional clienteling skills, and experience working with high-value products and discerning clientele. This role will be responsible for driving commercial performance while maintaining the highest standards of customer experience, boutique presentation, inventory control, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Leadership: Drive boutique sales performance, achieve targets, and manage high-value client transactions and private appointments.
- Clienteling: Develop and maintain strong relationships with premium and VIP clientele, building long-term client loyalty and repeat business.
- Boutique Operations: Oversee daily store operations, inventory management, stock controls, audits, reporting, and operational compliance.
- High-Value Inventory: Ensure strict control, security, and accurate handling of valuable jewellery and merchandise.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain exceptional standards of boutique presentation, product displays, ambience, and overall brand experience.
- Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop the boutique team while establishing clear KPIs and performance expectations.
- CRM & Client Management: Ensure effective use of CRM systems, accurate client profiling,



purchase history management, follow-ups, and client retention initiatives.
- Reporting: Monitor sales performance, inventory, operational metrics, and other key commercial indicators.
- Confidentiality & Compliance: Maintain the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality when handling client information and high-value transactions.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Minimum 5+ years of luxury retail management experience.
- Experience with international luxury fashion, high jewellery, premium jewellery, or luxury watch brands.
- High-jewellery experience will be strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage high-value sales and close premium transactions.
- Strong commercial understanding with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent knowledge of luxury retail standards, customer experience, and clienteling.
- Excellent English communication skills and sophisticated professional etiquette.
- Additional language skills will be an advantage.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation appropriate for a luxury retail workplace.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- An established network within luxury, lifestyle, or premium client circles would be an advantage.
