Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to drive sales performance, manage the sales pipeline, and lead customer acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in inside sales, lead conversion, team management, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and drive the complete inside sales process from lead qualification to closure.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the inside sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Track leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and conversions through CRM.
- Develop strategies to improve lead-to-customer conversion rates.
- Monitor daily and monthly sales performance and revenue targets.
- Work closely with marketing and other teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, coaching,



and performance discussions.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement improvements.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and a professional customer experience.

Requirements

- 4–6 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development, with team-handling experience preferred.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proven experience in achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Good understanding of CRM and sales pipeline management.
- Strong analytical and performance-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Candidates should be comfortable working onsite in Bangalore.
