Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Senior Creative Graphic Designer to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, exceptional creativity, and a deep understanding of visual communication. This role requires a seasoned qualified capable of leading design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency in all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership:

Lead and manage the design process for various projects, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.

Creative Development:

Develop original design concepts and oversee multiple design projects simultaneously.

Create visually compelling graphics for a wide range of media, including digital, print, and social media.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign strategies and visual identities.

Project Management:

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.





Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure their vision is effectively translated into design solutions.

Technical Skills:

Utilize advanced graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality visuals.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure designs are modern and innovative.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel across all platforms.

Develop and maintain a library of design assets for use across various projects.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.

Proven experience in a senior or leadership role within a creative team.

Skills:

Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics and visual details.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Familiarity with web design principles and experience with web design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma).

Experience in a variety of design fields, including branding, marketing, and digital media.
