Job Description:

Looking for an experienced Sr. US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using niche IT requirements.

• Work with ATS like CEIPAL

• Use job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.

• Recruit across all tax terms, especially W2.

• Handle State Client requirements and ensure quality submissions.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of US IT recruitment experience.

• Strong sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Valuable knowledge of US tax terms and hiring processes.

• Experience working with State Clients and high-volume requirements.
