We are hiring an experienced Account Manager / Service Delivery Manager to own executive-level relationships and delivery outcomes with top Indian System Integrators (SIs). This role is for a seasoned professional with deep, hands-on experience across technology / IT consulting and staffing, comfortable engaging SI leadership and driving growth and delivery excellence.

What You'll Do

- Own and grow strategic accounts with leading Indian SIs, building trusted relationships at the executive level.
- Act as the single point of accountability for service delivery, SLAs, and client satisfaction.
- Drive account planning, forecasting, and revenue growth across staffing and consulting engagements.
- Coordinate delivery, recruiting, and operations teams to meet ramp-up and fulfillment targets.
- Manage commercials, renewals, escalations,



and QBRs with senior stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
- Deep experience in technology / IT consulting and staffing, ideally serving or working within top Indian SIs.
- Proven track record in account management and/or service delivery management at scale.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to engage SI leadership with credibility.
- Excellent commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and delivery governance skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven staffing/consulting workplace.
