Perform regular store visits to assess display effectiveness and adjust as needed
Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvement based on market trends
Job QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; a degree in fashion, marketing, or related field is preferred
Proven experience in merchandising or retail, preferably in a similar industry
Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and strategies
Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
Basic knowledge of inventory management and product lifecycles
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
