Job Description

Drive regional business volumes and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual disbursement targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the Micro LAP portfolio.
Identify recent markets, business opportunities, and customer segments.
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Cluster Managers, Branch Sales Managers, and Relationship Manager.
Monitor team productivity through regular reviews and performance tracking.
Drive a high-performance and target-oriented sales culture.
Conduct field visits and joint customer meetings to support teams.
Work closely with credit, operations, and risk teams for faster loan processing.
Ensure sourcing quality and adherence to underwriting guidelines.
Monitor delinquency indicators and portfolio performance.
Support collections teams in managing overdue accounts and minimizing NPAs.
Ensure adherence to company policies, RBI regulations, and compliance standards.
Maintain high standards of ethical selling and customer servicing.
Ensure accurate documentation and process compliance across the region.
