Description

- Building and implementing new development tools and infrastructure

- Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes

- Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats

- Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and fixes

- Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended

- Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs

Responsibilities

- Setting up appropriate CI/CD tools and required infrastructure

- Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure

- Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation

- Incidence management, root cause analysis and Troubleshooting techniques

- Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage

- Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management





- Coordination and communication within the team and with stakeholder

- Working on AI initiatives.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in cloud computing, with a strong focus on Azure and GCP Cloud.

- Proven experience with Docker and Containerization services

- Extensive knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as ADO.

- Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IAC) using Terraform.

- Robust experience with security and compliance tools.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex web server issues.

- Good understanding in networking, firewall management and system security.

- Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash and PowerShell.

- Proficiency with SCM tool.

- Hands-on experience of Snowflake, SQL and Python

- Understanding/ Working knowledge of MCP, Agentic AI, RAGS and Snowflake Cortex AI

- Understanding in Linux and Windows system administration

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
