Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, consultative and result-oriented Business Consultant who can understand the HR and business challenges of startups, SMEs and growing organizations and position Career Creed’s integrated HR solutions as the right business solution.

The candidate will be responsible for client consultation, solution pitching, business development and revenue generation, with a strong focus on converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand the HR, payroll, compliance, recruitment and technology challenges of startups and growing businesses.
- Conduct consultative discussions with business owners, founders, HR Heads and decision-makers.
- Present and pitch Career Creed’s startup solutions, including:

- HR Foundation & HR Policy Setup
- HR Outsourcing / Virtual HR Services
- Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Recruitment / RPO Services
- HRMS Technology & Employee Self-Service
- HR Audit & Advisory
- Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations Support

Recommend the right combination of HR services and technology based on the client's business size, stage and requirements. Convert qualified leads into clients through effective solution-based sales pitching, negotiation and commercial discussions. Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, follow-up and conversion data in the CRM. Coordinate with the HRO, Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance and HRMS teams for smooth client onboarding and handover.



Track the complete sales pipeline from Lead → Qualification → Consultation → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure → Onboarding. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports covering lead generation, meetings, proposals, conversions, revenue and pipeline. Stay updated on HR trends, labour compliance requirements, HR technology and startup HR challenges to strengthen consultative selling.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Strong ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical HR solutions.
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, inside sales, HR services, SaaS, payroll, recruitment or consulting will be preferred.
- Strong lead generation and lead conversion capability.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and commercially driven approach.
- Ability to communicate confidently with Founders, CXOs, HR Heads and Business Owners.
- Solid follow-up, relationship management and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities and perform under pressure.
- Willingness to learn about HR, payroll, statutory compliance and HRMS technology.
