- Manage post placement side of outward reinsurance business
- Request reinsurers / RI brokers for debit notes, signed reinsurance slips to process premium and GST payments
- Request for tax documents (i.e. PE Certificate, TRC and Form 41 from Ultimate reinsurers) before processing payments
- Recover refund premiums from reinsurer / RI broker
- Seek PPW extension wherever necessary and ensure nil impact on company solvency
- Run weekly closing register discussions with fac managers and senior team members
- Reviewing of reinsurance slips upon receipt
- Recon of outward RI bookings against payments made with nil pendency
- Lesioning with Reinsurers and RI brokers for seamless flow of outward reinsurance business
