· Design functional, visually appealing retail kiosks, stores, and outlet concepts across India.

· Develop detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations using the design software of your choice.

· Understand floor plans and transform them into practical, aesthetically appealing retail environments.

· Create multiple design concepts and variations aligned with brand identity and operational requirements.

· Design packaging for mono cartons, gift boxes, tins, sleeves, labels, and other packaging formats.

· Prepare print-ready packaging artwork while ensuring production feasibility and compliance with manufacturing specifications.

· Collaborate with marketing, operations, production teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

· Produce high-quality renders, presentations, and walkthroughs for internal reviews and client presentations.

· Create digital design assets using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

· Edit promotional and product videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.

· Stay updated with the latest trends in retail design, packaging, materials, and visual merchandising.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Proven experience designing packaging for FMCG, food & beverage, retail, or premium consumer brands.





· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere Pro.

· Experience creating both 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using any professional design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Rhino, Revit, or similar). The choice of software is flexible, provided the candidate can deliver high-quality design outputs.

· Strong understanding of spatial planning, branding, materials, packaging production, and visual storytelling.

· Excellent presentation and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

· Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field is preferred.

· A strong portfolio showcasing retail/outlet design and packaging projects is mandatory.
