About the Role :

Seeking an experienced Oracle CX Technical Consultant with expertise in Oracle CX, OIC, integrations, Groovy scripting, Oracle Service Cloud and DUL/IID integration support. The role will be responsible for development, support, cloud integrations, production operations and ensuring compliance with Dubai Unified License requirements critical to IID services.

Role Name : Oracle CX Technical Consultant / Senior Developer

Offshore (Remote) - Anywhere from India

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs and SOAP services.

2. Develop customizations using Application Composer, Groovy scripting, workflows, triggers and object extensions.

3. Lead Oracle CX Sales, Service Cloud and Eloqua application development and support.

4. Support Oracle Service Cloud (B2C Service) and third-party integrations.

5. Perform data migration, deployment and release activities.

6. Provide production support, incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis and resolution.

7. Develop OTBI, Fusion CRM BI dashboards and analytics solutions.

8. Review and optimize complex code bases and ensure adherence to development standards.

9.



Manage change requests and application releases through change management processes.

10. Lead Dubai Unified License (DUL) integration and interface management to ensure successful synchronization between Oracle CX applications, DUL and Department of Economy & Tourism (DET) platforms.

11. Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve DUL interface failures, data discrepancies and amendment synchronization issues.

12. Ensure all customer amendment records are successfully transmitted to DUL and reflected accurately in DET systems.

13. Support the Invest in Dubai (IID) initiative by ensuring customers maintain valid and active DUL records, which are mandatory for availing IID services.

14. Coordinate directly with DET teams and external stakeholders to resolve DUL integration issues, reconcile records and ensure uninterrupted service availability.

15. Proactively identify integration gaps and implement monitoring, controls and improvements to maximize DUL interface reliability.
