What You'll Do

The short answer: no two days will be the same.

Your primary focus will be driving operational excellence across your set of cities. This includes selecting and training new partners, improving the quality and performance of existing partners, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is the core of the role and an operations-heavy position.

Over time, you will also take ownership of key central growth tracks for the category, including:

- Projects focused on improving quality and service excellence
- Projects focused on improving offerings and driving innovation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure swift and robust execution

You will be the owner of the business entrusted to you,



with a direct influence on how the business shapes up. We are looking for people with a high ownership mindset who are passionate about building outstanding businesses and driving operational excellence.

What We Need

- 2–4 years of experience in an operations, consulting, strategy, or similar role
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and projects, influence stakeholders, and drive execution
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- A high ownership mindset with a bias towards action
- Someone who understands that great things are built through both smart thinking and hard work
