Medinext Global is a US E-Verified IT staffing firm headquartered in Sheridan, Wyoming. We place technology professionals with American companies that hire and sponsor. Our recruiting and candidate operations run out of Ahmedabad on US Eastern hours, working directly with the client side of the business.

About the role

You'll manage a pipeline of candidates from the first conversation through to placement. That means understanding what someone actually wants from their next role, giving them a straight read on what the market will offer, matching them to requirements we're working, and staying with them through interviews and offers. Most candidates you speak to are unsure about their next move. Your job is to make their options clear and keep them moving.

This is a target-carrying role. Your numbers are conversations held, candidates converted, and candidates placed.

What you'll do

- Speak with candidates about their experience, work authorization, and what they want next
- Screen resumes and match profiles against live client requirements




- Recommend roles and explain plainly why a role fits or doesn't
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with the recruiting team
- Follow up on a set cadence so nobody in your pipeline goes cold
- Keep candidate notes, stages, and next actions current in the CRM
- Stay with candidates through offer and onboarding

Minimum qualifications

- 1 to 3 years in recruitment, career counselling, inside sales, or another candidate-facing role
- Clear spoken and written English; you'll be on calls for most of the shift
- Willing to work a permanent night shift aligned to US Eastern hours
- Bachelor's degree
- Working knowledge of MS Office and any CRM

Preferred qualifications

- Experience in US IT staffing, or with candidates on work visas
- A track record of hitting monthly targets in a call-driven role
- Familiarity with US tech job titles and how American hiring processes run
