Role Description The Team Leader Student Visa Counsellor is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves leading a team of student visa counsellors, overseeing day-to-day counselling operations, and ensuring accurate guidance to students on study destinations, visa requirements, and admission processes. The Team Leader will manage case files, review documentation, coordinate with education providers, and ensure compliance with relevant visa regulations and organizational standards. Responsibilities include mentoring and training team members, managing performance, handling escalated cases, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The role also requires regular reporting,



process improvement initiatives, and collaboration with other internal departments to support overall business goals.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills to guide and support student visa counsellors.
- Candidates should possess excellent counselling, client relationship management, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students and families.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of student visa processes, international education systems, and regulatory compliance related to migration and study abroad.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, and the ability to explain complex information simply.
- Candidates should possess good organizational, time management, and documentation skills to handle multiple cases and deadlines accurately.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with basic office software, CRM tools, and online application portals used for admissions and visa processing.
- Prior experience in student counselling, overseas education consulting, or migration services, preferably in a leadership or senior counselling role, is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline, with additional certification or training in counselling, education, or migration studies, is an advantage.
