Role Description

We are looking for a Business Consulting Intern / Junior Consultant to join our team in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand (Work From Office).

The role is suited for someone who has a strong interest in business, finance, strategy and problem-solving and wants to build a career in consulting or business advisory.

As part of the consulting team, you will work on real assignments across different businesses and industries. Your responsibilities may include:

- Understanding business models, financials and key performance drivers
- Conducting business, financial and market analysis
- Preparing MIS, management reports and performance dashboards
- Supporting financial modelling and business planning
- Conducting industry,



competitor and market research
- Identifying operational and financial improvement opportunities
- Supporting strategy and growth initiatives
- Preparing presentations and recommendations for management
- Working with founders and senior management to understand and solve business problems
- Supporting implementation and tracking of consulting recommendations

The role will require you to think independently, work with numbers, ask the right questions and translate analysis into actionable business insights.

QualificationsEssential

- B.Com (Hons.) / Economics (Hons.) from a reputed university
- Strong understanding of business, finance and economics
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Genuine interest in business consulting, strategy and advisory
- Willingness to work from our Rudrapur office

Preferred

Candidates pursuing or having completed any of the following will be preferred:

- CMA – Level 1
- CA – pursuing / CA dropout
- CFA Level 1
- Relevant internship or work experience in consulting, finance, business analysis or strategy
- Candidates who may not have all the preferred qualifications but demonstrate strong business acumen, analytical ability and a high learning orientation are also encouraged to apply.
