Peppit Labs is looking for a skilled Video Editor to join our growing team.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month

Location: Hybrid

We work with B2B companies, founders, industry leaders, and personal brands to turn their expertise into high-performing content across social media.

What you'll be doing:

• Editing short-form videos — Reels, Shorts & TikToks

• Editing long-form YouTube content

• Creating engaging hooks, captions, subtitles & motion graphics

• Maintaining strong pacing, storytelling and retention

• Repurposing long-form content into multiple short-form assets

• Following brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency

What we're looking for:

• Solid experience with Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro

• Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling and retention

• Valuable eye for typography, B-roll, transitions and sound design





• Ability to create premium, modern and professional content

• Reliable with deadlines and communication

• Experience with B2B, business, SaaS, finance, consulting or professional content is a BIG plus

Bonus if you can:

• Create strong motion graphics

• Understand social media trends without making content look generic

• Turn raw footage into content that actually holds attention

This isn't just a cut-and-join editing role.

We're looking for someone who understands why a video works, not just how to edit one.
