Role Description The Business Development Manager (BDM) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The BDM will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, and promote MyNonu.com's digital and delivery services. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting leads, conducting meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts, and developing sales strategies aligned with company goals. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to refine offerings, gather market feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.



The BDM will be accountable for meeting revenue targets, maintaining a solid sales pipeline, and representing the brand professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications

- Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Experience in market research, lead generation, and strategic planning to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with confidence in conducting in-person meetings and pitches.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Proven track record in IT services, digital marketing, e-commerce, or related sectors is preferred.
- Comfort working in an on-site, target-driven environment in Noida, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent business qualification is an added advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic MS Office applications, and data-driven decision-making to manage pipelines and report performance.
