Position: Art Director / Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Art Director / Senior Graphic Designer with 6–8 years of experience across print and digital design. The ideal candidate should have solid visual design skills, understand digital mandates and brand requirements, and be comfortable translating creative concepts into impactful communication across multiple platforms.

The role will involve working closely with creative, account and client teams while also guiding junior designers and maintaining a high standard of creative output.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and visual designs across print and digital platforms.
- Translate briefs and brand guidelines into engaging and effective design solutions.
- Create designs for digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, marketing collaterals, print communication and other brand assets.
- Have a strong understanding of digital design mandates, formats, layouts and user behaviour.
- Ensure consistency in visual language and brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Work closely with copywriters, creative leads, account teams and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality work.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on the work of junior designers.
- Guide and mentor junior team members on design thinking, execution and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Stay updated with current design trends, digital formats and creative best practices.

Required Skills & Expertise





- 6–8 years of experience in Graphic Design / Art Direction / Visual Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work across both print and digital.
- Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Strong understanding of digital design and social media creatives.
- Good knowledge of typography, colour, composition, layout and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and develop concepts independently.
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines and visual consistency.
- Experience working with corporate/FMCG/consumer brands would be an advantage.
- Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
- Ability to guide junior designers and take ownership of creative output.

What We're Looking For

Someone who is hands-on, creatively strong and digitally savvy, with the ability to work from concept to final execution. The candidate should be comfortable balancing creative thinking with strong design craft and should have the maturity to take ownership of projects while supporting and mentoring junior designers.

Note- This is a Full-Time Consultant role.
