About the Role

We are looking for an AI Image generation Specialistwho actively uses AI image-generation tools and understands how to turn ideas, product references, and marketing briefs into high-quality visual creatives.

This role is not for someone who has only experimented with AI tools occasionally. We need someone who regularly works with AI-generated images, understands prompting, reference-image consistency, image editing, composition, lighting, typography, and commercial ad design.

You will primarily work on e-commerce and performance-marketing creatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate high-quality images using AI tools based on creative briefs and product references.
- Create photorealistic product images, ad creatives and marketing visuals.
- Maintain accurate product shape, packaging, colours, proportions, branding and other important product details across generations.
- Write and refine detailed prompts to achieve consistent results.
- Use reference images effectively while generating different scenes, angles and creative concepts.
- Fix common AI-generation problems such as incorrect text, hands, product geometry, backgrounds,



lighting and composition.
- Generate multiple creative variations quickly without making every design look repetitive.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing team to convert concepts into production-ready visuals.
- Improve creatives based on feedback and performance requirements.

What We're Looking For

- Strong background in Graphic Design preferred (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
- Frequent and practical user of AI image-generation tools.
- Solid understanding of prompting and reference-based image generation.
- Ability to identify when an AI-generated image looks unrealistic or commercially unusable.
- Ability to create clean, premium and attention-grabbing images rather than simply accepting the first AI output.
- Comfortable generating and refining multiple iterations until the required output is achieved.
- Good attention to detail, especially when maintaining product consistency.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000
