Role Description This is a full-time, on-site State Head role based in Indore, with prior vehicle finance experience required. The State Head will oversee overall business operations for the state, including planning, implementing, and monitoring vehicle finance strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring branch teams, driving sales performance, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines, and maintaining portfolio quality. The role involves reviewing financial performance,



coordinating budgeting and reporting, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities. The State Head will also collaborate with senior leadership to align state-level goals with the company's strategic objectives and ensure excellent customer service standards.
Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance, with the ability to interpret Financial Statements and understand core financial concepts.
- Experience in Financial Reporting and Budgeting, including preparing and reviewing periodic performance reports.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for evaluating portfolio performance, risk, and market trends within vehicle finance.
- Proven experience in vehicle finance operations, preferably in an NBFC or asset finance company.
- Leadership experience managing multi-location teams, with a focus on performance management and coaching.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in financial services.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore and travel within the state as required.
