POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Private Debt Funds of Funds - Data Collection & Reporting Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, validating, and maintaining financial and reporting information related to Private Debt Funds of Funds investments.

The role ensures the accurate recording of capital activity and capital account data in eFront Invest, while maintaining high standards of data integrity, operational control, and reporting quality. The position plays a key role in ensuring reliable fund monitoring and audit-ready information.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Centralize and monitor the receipt of Capital Call/Distribution notices, Capital Account Statements, and GP reports
- Proactively follow up with General Partners (GPs) to ensure all missing or incomplete

documentation is retrieved

- Accurately record capital activity and account data within eFront Invest
- Perform consistency checks between GP statements, internal records, and system entries to ensure data integrity
- Execute a two-level validation process (primary control and independent secondary review) to

mitigate errors

- Setup all new funds that are added to the process
- Investigate and resolve financial inconsistencies in coordination with GPs( General Partners) and internal teams
- Manage structured data requests with GPs and consolidate findings for Investment, Risk, Finance, and ESG teams
- Maintain the accuracy of fund referential data and investment-level attributes across all reporting tools
- Ensure all data is audit-ready and contribute to continuous improvement of validation controls
- Oversight and accountability for day-to-day processing of the team, ensuring excellent client service and risk management
- Confidence and professionalism when following up with external GPs to meet deadlines




- Ability to identify anomalies in financial data and investigate the root cause of discrepancies
- Compliance with local and global regulations and market standards
- Ability to collaborate effectively across various internal functions (Risk, Finance, Client Reporting)

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE (MUST‑HAVE)

- Strong understanding of Private Debt and Funds of Funds structures
- Proficiency with applications - eFront Invest
- Strong understanding of Private Debt and Funds of Funds structures
- Analytical mindset with the ability to perform control checks, investigate discrepancies and escalate appropriately
- Ensure any deviation from our standard operating models are formally agreed internally and documented with the onshore oversight location

PREFERRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE (NICE‑TO‑HAVE)

- Degree qualified in Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline is preferable.
- Strong organisational and attention-to-detail orientation; capable of managing competing deadlines
- Ability to investigate data gaps independently and escalate issues only after thorough investigation
- Compilation of monthly statistics to manage the business, ensuring KPIs are met or remediation plans are in place
