Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Vadodara and involves contributing to the planning, execution, and support of electrical power projects and services. The Job Title will assist with project documentation, coordination between engineering and field teams, and basic data collection and reporting to ensure smooth project delivery. Daily responsibilities may include supporting design and technical reviews, maintaining project records,
and helping manage timelines and resources under the guidance of senior team members. The role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, adhering to safety and quality standards, and participating in continuous improvement activities to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong technical understanding of electrical power systems, including transmission, distribution, and substation concepts.
- Ability to support project coordination, documentation, and reporting for EPC and infrastructure projects.
- Basic proficiency with engineering or design tools and standard office software (e.g., CAD tools, MS Office).
- Knowledge of safety practices, quality standards, and regulatory compliance in the electrical and power sector.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; prior experience in power or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in field and substation environments and to learn advanced power technologies and practices.
