Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and managing a pipeline of leads, and nurturing prospects through regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups. The Business Development Executive will develop and maintain strong client relationships, coordinate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, and support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts. The role also includes tracking market trends, monitoring competitor activity,



and reporting on business development performance to contribute to sales growth and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting opportunities.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Business and Account Management, including managing client portfolios and supporting long-term client engagement.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and confident client interaction.
- Experience in sales or business development in real estate or construction is beneficial.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities are preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South and travel locally for client meetings as required.
