Job Purpose
Own the end-to-end delivery of the Real-Time Customer-Synchronized B2B Loan Journey (O2O2O) across all B2B lending journeys, including NTB, ETB, DIY QR, ABND, and Easy EMI Loan journeys. The role is responsible for driving business requirements, customer experience design, platform integration, real-time event synchronization, POD orchestration, stakeholder management, and production rollout to create a unified customer journey across offline and digital channels.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Own O2O2O business journey design across NTB, ETB, DIY QR, ABND, and Loan POD journeys.
• Partner with Business, Operations, Digital Platform, Product, Risk, Service, and Technology teams to define and prioritize business requirements.
• Drive customer experience transformation from dealer-assisted lending to a real-time, customer-visible financing journey.
• Define journey stages, customer communications, ownership visibility, ETA tracking, and customer actions across the loan lifecycle.
• Ensure seamless transition between offline dealer interaction, assisted journeys, and digital self-service experiences.
• Manage product roadmap, requirement documentation, UAT coordination, production readiness, and business sign-offs.
• Drive adoption, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across all participating business verticals.




Required Qualifications and Experience
• 6-9 years of Experience in Product Management, Program Management, or Digital Transformation initiatives within BFSI, Lending, Fintech, or Consumer Finance.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end lending journeys including onboarding, KYC, eligibility, loan approval, agreement, disbursement, mandate setup, and servicing.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs involving Business, Sales, Operations, Risk, Technology, and Digital teams.
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, Digital journeys, APIs, event-driven integrations, UI/UX, customer-facing applications.
• Exposure to Salesforce (SFDC), Loan Origination Systems, Digital Platforms, POD-based architectures, or equivalent ecosystem platforms.
• Ability to define business requirements, user journeys, edge cases, and process flows across assisted and self-service channels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in MIS, journey analytics, and customer funnel reporting.
• Experience leading UAT, production rollouts, release governance, and large-scale customer journey implementations
• Strong communication & stakeholder management across multiple business and cross functional teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and execution rigor is a must
