Job Description:

Location - Hazra, Kolkata

We are looking for a passionate, client-first Qualified Personal Finance Professional (QPFP) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) to join our growing wealth management team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, creating comprehensive financial plans, and helping families achieve their financial goals through disciplined investing.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed financial planning and goal-based wealth management for clients.

Prepare comprehensive financial plans covering investments, retirement, insurance, tax planning, estate planning, and cash flow.

Review and recommend mutual fund and investment portfolios based on client objectives and risk profile.

Conduct portfolio review meetings and provide actionable recommendations.

Assist in onboarding current clients through financial discovery and risk profiling.

Build long-term relationships through regular reviews and proactive communication.

Stay updated on financial markets, taxation, and regulatory changes.

Work closely with relationship managers and the investment research team.

Maintain accurate client documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

Eligibility

QPFP or CFP certification (mandatory).





2–6 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.

Strong understanding of mutual funds, equity, fixed income, insurance, taxation, and financial planning.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Client-centric mindset with high ethical standards.

Proficiency in Excel, financial planning software, and CRM systems.
