Job Description: Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and organized Creative Producer to manage the end-to-end production process, from initial planning to final delivery. The candidate will coordinate with clients, creative teams, and technical departments to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage creative production projects from concept to final delivery.
- Prepare production schedules, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients and understand project requirements.
- Work closely with directors, editors, designers, artists, and technical teams.
- Manage day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate resources, vendors, locations, equipment, and other production requirements.
- Monitor project progress, deadlines, and budgets.
- Resolve production-related issues and ensure timely delivery.




- Maintain clear communication between clients and internal teams.
- Ensure the final output meets the required creative and technical standards.

Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience in creative production, media, advertising, film, or a related field.
- Strong production planning and project management skills.
- Good understanding of scheduling and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Solid problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate creative and technical teams effectively.

Portfolio Requirement

Credited body of work / portfolio is mandatory.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in film production, advertising, digital content, media production, creative agencies, or video production will be preferred.
