Job Description: A Plant Head directs all daily manufacturing, production, quality control, and resource allocation activities to meet company delivery and budget targets. Role Overview The Plant Head is the top site leader responsible for the overall plant performance, strategic execution, and operational excellence. This role bridges upper management and factory floor operations. Key Responsibilities

- Operations & Production: Run daily operations smoothly to meet output, quality, and on-time shipping goals.

- Resource Management: Optimize machine uptime, labor productivity, and raw material usage.

- Quality & Safety: Enforce strict safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and quality frameworks (like ISO or Lean/TPM).

- Cost Control: Manage operating budgets, reduce waste,



and monitor financial performance.

- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor department heads, supervisors, and plant staff.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a Business Management discipline (MBA in Operations preferred).

- Experience: 10 to 15+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior plant leadership role.
