Skilled in implementing approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), coordinating inspections, and monitoring Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities including UT, RT, MT, PT, and VT as per Inspection and Test Plans (ITP). Experienced in witnessing and verifying Hydrostatic Tests (HST) for pressure-retaining components such as penstocks and related systems. Knowledgeable in material inspection, traceability,



surface preparation, blasting, painting, and protective coating requirements. Capable of maintaining inspection records, test reports, quality dossiers, and documentation in line with project quality systems. Robust coordination skills with fabrication yards, site teams, QA/QC personnel, consultants, and client representatives for inspections, approvals, and issue resolution.
