Role Description

The Client Relationship Manager – Sales is a full-time, on-site role located in South Delhi. This role involves managing end-to-end client interactions, from responding to inquiries and explaining immigration services to conducting detailed consultations and follow-ups. The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining robust client relationships, understanding client requirements, and recommending suitable immigration pathways and services. Daily tasks include handling incoming leads, conducting in-person and telephonic discussions, preparing and presenting service proposals, and guiding clients through documentation and application processes. The role also includes achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with internal immigration experts for case updates, and ensuring a professional, supportive client experience.

Qualifications

- Solid client relationship and customer service skills, including the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and provide clear, empathetic communication.




- Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in converting leads, meeting or exceeding targets, and presenting services effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or additional languages is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of immigration or visa processes, or a willingness to learn quickly and stay updated on policy changes.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, email, and standard office software for maintaining accurate client records and follow-up schedules.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Humanities, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience in sales or consulting is highly valued.
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, maintain professional conduct, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
