- Documentation:PrepareBillsofQuantities(BOQ),materialsubmittals,andDesignBasisReports.
- Compliance:Ensuredesignsadheretolocalbuildingcodes,ASHRAEstandards,andsustainabilitytargets.
- Coordination:Collaboratewitharchitects,structuralengineers,andcontractorstoresolveclashesandconstructiondiscrepancies.

EssentialQualifications

- Education:Bachelor'sdegreeinMechanicalEngineeringorBuildingServicesEngineering.
- Software:HighproficiencyinAutoCADandRevit.Hands-onexperiencewithloadcalculationtools(CarrierHAP,TRACE700)andduct-sizingsoftware(McQuay,Hevacomp).
- Experience:Typically2-5+yearsinHVACconsultingorMEP(Mechanical,Electrical,Plumbing)contractingfirms.
- SoftSkills:Stronganalyticalthinking,attentiontodetail,andcross-functionalcommunication.

KeyResponsibilities:Projectengineer

- Design&Engineering;:DevelopHVACsystemlayouts,detaileddrawings(2D/3D),loadcalculations,andequipmentselection(chillers,AHUs,FCUs).




- ProjectManagement:Createprojectplans,schedules,andbudgetsmonitorprogresstoensuretimelycompletion.
- SiteSupervision:Performsitevisits,inspectinstallations,andsupervisecontractorstoensurecompliancewithdesigndocumentsandsafetystandards.
- TechnicalCoordination:Workwitharchitects,structuralengineers,andclientstointegrateHVACsystemswithotherbuildingutilities.
- Documentation&Compliance;:Maintainprojectrecords,preparereports,andensurecompliancewithlocalbuildingcodesandstandards(e.g.,ASHRAE).
- Commissioning:Overseesystemtesting,troubleshooting,andhandovertotheend-user.
- RequiredSkills&Qualifications;
- Education:Bachelor'sdegreeinMechanicalEngineeringorrelatedfield.
- Experience:3-5+yearsinHVACProjectsorprojectexecution.
- SoftwareProficiency:AutoCAD,Revit/BIM,andloadcalculationsoftware(e.g.,HAP).
- TechnicalKnowledge:StrongunderstandingofHVACsystems,thermodynamics,psychrometrics,andenergymanagement.
