Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and deliver lectures, workshops, and tutorials in your area of expertise.
- Develop course materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
- Engage with students during office hours or scheduled sessions for mentoring and academic support.
- Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with full-time faculty.
- Provide input on curriculum development and updates based on current industry or research trends.
- Assess student performance and provide timely feedback.
- Support academic events, guest lectures, and industry collaborations.

Requirements:

- Master's degree or PhD in the relevant discipline.
- Significant qualified experience and/or academic expertise in the subject area.
- Proven teaching experience, preferably in higher education.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Flexibility to work within the academic calendar and schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Published research or industry contributions.
- Experience with online or hybrid teaching methods.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
