Description
Zensar Technologies Limited is seeking a seasoned Senior Commerce Cloud Developer to join our ESaaS team. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering robust commerce solutions on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, guiding projects from discovery through to hyper‑care, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration with Salesforce CRM and other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

- Lead the full lifecycle of Commerce Cloud projects, from discovery and design to implementation and hyper‑care support.
- Architect and develop scalable e‑commerce solutions using Salesforce B2C Commerce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
- Integrate Commerce Cloud with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and third‑party systems via APIs and middleware.
- Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices, code quality standards, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct performance tuning, debugging, and root‑cause analysis for production issues.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment guides.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, industry trends,



and emerging e‑commerce technologies.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to reusable component libraries.
- Support post‑go‑live hyper‑care activities, including monitoring, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

- 8–10 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) implementations.
- Solid expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura components, and Flow automation.
- Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end commerce projects from discovery to hyper‑care.
- Deep understanding of e‑commerce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX) and automated testing frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platform features.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., B2C Commerce Developer, Platform Developer II) preferred.
