- Design, implement, and manage secure LAN/WAN enterprise networks.
- Configure and administer firewalls (FortiGate, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA).
- Manage IPsec and SSL VPN tunnels for site-to-site and remote-access connectivity.
- Monitor and analyze network traffic using SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix, Wireshark and other tools.
- Handle incident response, root cause analysis, and optimization of network performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ISPs, and vendors to ensure network availability and SLA compliance.
- Manage IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR, and other security systems.
- Document network topology, configurations, changes, compliance reports, and SOPs.
- Support VoIP, CUCM, IP Telephony, and wireless network environments.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices, regulatory compliance, and change management processes.
