About the Role

We are seeking a highly technical and hands-on Senior / Principal Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) to drive solution development, validated designs, and technical content for next-generation AI data center architectures. This role is ideal for someone who has built AI labs from scratch, deployed NVIDIA or AMD GPU clusters, worked with Spectrum & BRCM-based fabrics, and has direct experience designing solutions like Cisco HyperFabric, or NVIDIA Reference Architectures (DGX/HGX/EGX).

You will own the technical voice of our products—bridging engineering, sales, partners, and customers through compelling solution guides, demos, labs, and competitive insights.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Development & Validated Designs

- Architect and publish validated designs, reference architectures, and best-practice blueprints for AI training/inference clusters across NVIDIA and AMD GPU platforms.

- Build and maintain hands-on AI system labs including DGX/HGX/EGX servers, MI300/MI450 systems, RoCE-based fabrics, SONiC networking, storage, and orchestration tools.

- Model and document performance outcomes: throughput, latency, congestion behavior, ECN tuning, and telemetry.

Technical Marketing & Evangelism

- Create high-impact solution briefs,



whitepapers, technical blogs, videos, and conference content

- Lead customer-facing deep dives, POCs, bake-offs, and scaling studies.

- Produce competitive analysis

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales Engineering to translate real customer needs into product features and roadmap inputs.

- Partner with ecosystem vendors

- to align solution positioning.

- Drive interoperability testing across GPU nodes, NICs/DPU, high-speed fabrics, storage arrays, and cluster management tools.

Demo & Lab Ownership

- Build automated AI cluster demos showcasing training, inference, RoCE congestion recovery, adaptive routing, telemetry pipelines, and multi-tier ML fabrics.

- Own the technical readiness of field demos, GTM workshops, and executive briefings.

Required Qualifications

- 7–12+ years in Technical Marketing, Solutions Engineering, or Data Center Architecture roles.

- Hands-on experience building AI labs with NVIDIA GPUs (DGX/HGX), or AMD GPU systems (MI300 series) and scale out networking switch systems.

- Strong understanding of AI networking: RoCEv2, ECN/RED/WRED, PFC, DCB, adaptive routing, telemetry, collectors (WJH/NetQ).

- Experience with Cisco HyperFabric, or NVIDIA Enterprise Reference Designs is strongly preferred.

- Deep understanding of AI cluster topology: leaf/spine, super-spine, scale-out (Ethernet/InfiniBand), and storage fabrics.

- Proficiency with Linux, containers, Ansible/Terraform, SONiC/NetQ

- Robust writing and communication skills: able to convert deep technical content into clear, consumable materials.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SONiC, UFM,



CloudVision, or Nexus Dashboard.

- Familiarity with workload benchmarking: MLPerf, microbenchmarks, NCCL tuning, or distributed training tooling.

- Exposure to optical interconnects (800G/1.6T, CPO, linear drive optics).

- Prior background in customer-facing technical leadership roles (TME, SE, Architect).

- Ability to present comfortably to both executives and deep technical audiences.
